Now hiring remotely allows us to hire anywhere in the World, but how do we do it, if it’s in a different part of the world? A remote-first company treats remote workers the same as in-office employees. A remote-first company prioritizes effective communication with remote workers so that they don’t feel neglected. So how should the interview process be?
